Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days after order processing.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days after order processing.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery method chosen during checkout.

International Shipping

We currently do/do not (select one) offer international shipping. For international orders, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of the order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed.

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address during the checkout process. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect or invalid address.

Delivery Delays

In rare circumstances, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events, there may be delivery delays beyond our control. We will work closely with our shipping partners to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
