Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy
We value your satisfaction with our services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Software and WordPress Consulting:
Refunds for consulting services will be provided if the service has not yet been rendered. Once the service has been initiated, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Web Design and Development:
Refunds for web design and development projects will be issued as follows:
- A full refund will be provided if the project has not started.
- If the project is in progress, a prorated refund will be issued based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.
Hosting Services:
For hosting services, refunds are provided as follows:
- If you cancel within the first 30 days of your subscription, a full refund will be issued.
- After the first 30 days, refunds will be prorated for the remaining unused period of your subscription.
App Development:
Refunds for custom app development services will be issued as follows:
- A full refund will be provided if the project has not started.
- If the project is in progress, refunds will be prorated based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.
Other Services (Specify Any Additional Services You Provide):
Refund policies for other services will be communicated to clients at the time of engagement and will be outlined in the service agreement.
Refund Processing
To request a refund, please contact us at hello@swapnild.com with your refund request and the reason for your dissatisfaction. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the refund request approval. Please note that the refund may take a few business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your subscription or service with us at any time.
Software and WordPress Consulting:
Consulting services can be canceled at any time. However, fees for services already provided may apply.
Web Design and Development, Hosting, and App Development Services:
To cancel a web design, hosting, or app development service, please notify us at least 15 days before the next billing cycle. Cancellations made after this period will take effect from the next billing cycle.
Other Services (Specify Any Additional Services You Provide):
Cancellation policies for other services will be communicated to clients at the time of engagement and will be outlined in the service agreement.
